Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the sofa cover and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is free from pet hair or stains.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
